Dr Ali promptly addressed MY medical needs, amidst a catastrophe affecting his entire family. Out of respect for his privacy I will refrain from offering any specifics. That type of commitment to his patients ladies and gentlemen is the measure of a TRULY GREAT DOCTOR, and an even BETTER MAN. This is a man who forged a path for modern medicine old school style (aka house calls) in LA!
It's simple folks, he will not leave you behind; if you can't come to him, he comes to you. Even when his adversary is mother nature, even in a raging inferno. Concierge doctors are a dime a dozen in LA. They have high rates and low skills, bright charm and dim consciences.
Ask yourself a simple question; What are you willing to pay for your health, and what do you hope to get for that money? It's a very pragmatic and pertinent question unfortunately. What would you pay or DO to pay for instant access to world class healthcare when you needed it MOST? For you or your family? Many of you found out you'd pay a LOT when LA was ablaze. Maybe you were on medication that couldn't be abruptly stopped but you couldn't get in touch with your doctor's office (because they were dealing with the same calamity).
I have a big family and I've encountered a lot of doctors. Both those I've met in my own care and in aiding the treatment of my own family members. I have close friends that are physicians. Dr. Ali is as good as it gets.
It's been 13 years and counting since Dr Ali became my primary care physician. I signed up to be a member of his concierge service the day I met him. I didn't think I could afford it (despite his rates being a fraction of his competitors) yet you learn fast it's the one thing you can't afford to live without. He's the best GP in Los Angeles (I say the globe). I'm not the only one who thinks so. Take a glance at the hundreds of 5 star reviews from others who agree. There's a long list of major media outlets that use him as an expert medical reference.
It's very important to remember that Dr Ali's specialty is "Concierge Medicine." That means he offers a direct line of communication and care to his patients 24/7 365 days a year. He has a beautiful family too. Imagine that burden! If you do see folks complaining in reviews here about "waiting... like, forever to get like a return text" or " he reschedules my appointments! It's so annoying!" it's probably because he was helping someone survive an ACTUAL EMERGENCY MEDICAL situation! He has to prioritize his roster of patients. If it were me on the other end of the phone and I needed help urgently, and someone was in his office chit-chatting, I would want the doctor to leave ASAP. That is the critical missing context to those few negative reviews.
I've never looked back after signing up with Dr. Ali. I can't imagine reverting back to life before this service. The fee is incredibly affordable compared to similarly branded services in LA yet his clinic reigns superior in every single measure. If you travel frequently then Dr Ali is a GODSEND! You'll never be left high and dry with insufficient medication whether you're traveling out of state or the country.
I have a lot of superlatives for Dr Ali and I mean them all. He is as intelligent as he is humble, deeply knowledgeable, professional, calming, genuinely compassionate, incredibly responsive, he has the warmest bedside manner and works WITH YOU to get the right treatment(s). He actually listens to his patients and their preferences before using his professional discretion to give you options (rather than issuing mandates).
I could not recommend Dr Ali more enthusiastically and I do all the time. His practice and professionalism is everything you ever wished for in a medical experience and in a doctor/patient relationship. He is in a league of his own when it comes to the level of care and personalized attention he so generously offers. I'm not getting a discount, special treatment, or any favor for writing and revising these reviews over the years. He just keeps outdoing himself! So thank you Dr. Ali.

Dr Ali, is the most compassionate, qualified and down to earth doctor I have met in a Primary Care setting. I have worked for CIGNA, BCBS, UnitedHealth and the likes of Kaiser Permanente and I was impressed by the overall delivery of care by Dr Ali and his staff.

Dr. Ehsan Ali is a wonderful Doctor I found for my husband. We are happy being under his care and the best about him is he listens to the patient’s concern. All in all, Dr. Ali and his staff are great!

I'm back again to see Dr Ali. I've been here several times and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is always warm when I arrive and I never wait more than 5 minutes to get seen. I have never had a bad experience here. Thanks guys !!
